Outlook tracking through Apple Mail

Mail Tracer is designed to work with accounts configured through Apple Mail. This can include Outlook.com and compatible Microsoft Exchange accounts.

Set up Outlook email tracking

1. Add the Microsoft account to Apple Mail.
2. Connect the account in Mail Tracer.
3. Send the message using Apple Mail.
4. Receive a push notification when an open is detected.
5. Review the full tracking history.

• Time of the first detected open
• Number of detected opens
• Recent activity
• Device information when available
• Approximate location when available

Outlook app compatibility

This guide applies to Outlook accounts used through Apple Mail. Direct integration with Microsoft's Outlook iOS app is not part of the supported workflow described here.
